COURSES
The area is an ideal destination for golf lovers. Just 30 minutes from Cómpeta, Baviera Golf offers a scenic 18-hole course with wide greens, subtle elevation changes and coastal views. Designed by José María Cañizares, it also features a TopTracer range, academy, club services and a welcoming restaurant.
Añoreta Golf, also by Cañizares, lies slightly further west, combining Bermuda grass greens with strategic water hazards. Los Moriscos Golf Club, set beside the sea with views of the Sierra Nevada, is another great option.
With mild weather year-round and beautiful surroundings, golfers of all levels will find excellent courses within easy reach of the finca.

& Pilates
Stay centred with yoga and Pilates in the heart of the local village. Cómpeta Yoga is a warm, welcoming studio offering classes for all levels. Run by experienced instructor Inez Leniere López, the studio hosts Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Pilates and more, with options for private sessions and pregnancy yoga.
The peaceful space includes mats, props, showers and a social honesty bar. Morning and evening classes cater to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Guests can book passes (from €10 per hour) or arrange sessions at local accommodations.
In summer, classes often move outdoors to village squares and terraces, letting you stretch and unwind beneath the Andalusian sun.

For quieter days, visit Peñoncillo in Torrox or El Cañuelo, a wild cove in a nature reserve. Torre del Mar’s long promenade beach has plenty of cafés and playgrounds, while La Herradura and Caleta de Vélez are great for diving or marina dining. Even the fantastic beaches of Malaga are less than an hour away.
